In 2004, Meredith transitioned over to a catering consulting company, The Results Group. While at The Results Group, she was responsible for customer service, prospect management, and marketing.
Since 2008, Meredith has been Director of Operations for RCS Catering Software. Having been part of the initial team, Meredith is responsible for overseeing day to day operations including: new
account creation, development of training materials, and overseeing training. She is also in charge of support, trouble shooting, and software support.
In addition, Meredith leads up new feature enhancements in the software by constantly soliciting and monitoring client feedback.
