Speakers - Mark Rogers
Mark Rogers went for his dream of starting a catering business in 2003 after an uninspiring career in information technology. For the last 14 years Mark’s company Smoke & Spice catering has been serving greater South Florida his version of a gourmet BBQ experience. Each year Mark and his company donate their time and food to cater a minimum of 6 large charitable events benefitting various local and national charities.

Mark’s favorite hobby is cooking in nationally sanctioned BBQ Contests where he has won more than 70 competitive BBQ awards and competed in nationally recognized contests, like the American Royal Invitational and the Jack Daniel’s invitational World Championship BBQ Contest.

Currently Mark is working to take his business to the next level by focusing on three catering segments, corporate drop off’s, company picnics and rehearsal dinners using the software and tools provided by RCS.
